Refund policy

As per Clause 10 of our Terms and Conditions, if your product does not meet a consumer guarantee, then you have a right to ask for a refund or replacement. We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind.

You must claim your return within 30 days from date of purchase, by sending email to us via our enquiry form, with a receipt for proof of purchase and setting out the grounds for your claim.

We will respond within 7 days. If you are eligible for a return we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

If you are eligible for a return, you are also entitled to keep the item and we will refund you the purchase price. If the problem is not major, we reserve the right to repair the item within a reasonable timeframe and send it back to you. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
